Sea View motel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything and the Ogunquit Trolley stops right in front of the motel. We did use the heated pool. It was super clean. That felt nice after all day walking. The room has seen some updates. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

We were greeted politely by your staff, and we appreciated their assistance. The location is excellent, with just a 10 minute walk to downtown. While walking back to the hotel, we saw the huge line of cars and we were happy to be away from that! The room was really comfortable and clean. We loved the sheets and towels!

We’ve been here a number of times over the years. Clean, comfortable, great staff, and great location that is just far enough off the beaten path but walking distance to the beach etc. This time did not disappoint. Laid back and relaxed place to stay. We stayed in the queen suite and were very happy for our 6 nights. Looking forward to our next stay when we can schedule it.

What breakfast? The coffee in the lobby was excellent. Liked having a window that opened. Liked the woman behind the desk in the office. Really liked how clean it was….. shows care Liked that people are free to hang their beach towels on the railings! Seemed like a friendly place

I liked the location and convenience of parking. The poor area was beautiful but I didn’t use it myself.

We have stayed here before under different ownership. The new owners were very accommodating letting us check in because our room was ready. The location is perfect because it is close enough to town that you can walk and get to the beach, Cliff walk and Perkins Cove by foot. The traffic in Ogunquit area can be quite congested because it’s such a gem of a place and more people are finding out about it. The pool was open and very nice. The biggest factor is that this motel is affordable.

The front desk employee was exceptional, friendly, assisted our group of 16 with an early check in which was very helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. This was our third time staying at this hotel and would stay there again.

Nice place - ownership/staff very friendly and making sure our stay was good. Place was clean and they kept our rooms tidy each day. Good location and has a trolley stop when your destination is too far away to walk (most are walkable).

Arrived at hotel - plugged sink. Maintenance informed, and came to the cottage immediately and issues was taken care of. Space was clean. Room service was available, on request.
